Light location

HTB060, HTA060, HTA090 and HTCS060 models have built in light locations in the ceiling for fluorescent or low energy bulbs.

Fluorescent locations on other models are built on the back venting system. Inclined grids allow light to be directed towards the front of the terrarium. Lighting is therefore maximized especially in deep terrariums.

• A starter or light control unit location is moulded into the top of the vivarium. That location can also include a grid (optional) to add a light source.
• Fluorescents can be fitted inside the terrarium if necessary. In this case two cable sized holes must be drilled to install sockets in the chosen location.
• To maximize lighting, it is recommended to use a reflector for fluorescent tubes or bulbs.
• The terrariums clear and uniform beige colour maximises light reflection.
