Note, I receive over 70 emails daily of people “wanting to know a little bit more of Emirates”. DO NOT expect me to respond to these emails within a few minutes. I spent quite a heck of a time compiling the FAQ as well as the A to Z, for a reason. Please do take the time to read those as they are packed with useful information that would answer 48 of these emails. For the other 22 emails without an answer on the blog, I will do my best to answer them in a timely manner. Please be patient. The blog has the answer you are looking for. It is just a “search box” away from being delivered to you.

Special Event : Under Parisian Lights | The White Stripes

As you know, I own another website fansite called www.whitestripes.fr which is the only White Stripes fansite coupled with a message board in french made specifically for the francophone groupies of the duo, which I’m am UBER-proud (Othman can testify) of because it is very successful and gathers quite a legion of special fans. AAAAWWW Beijing, second time there (read about the 1st trip here). 6 hours there, 8 and a half to come back (it’s called variations right ?? Pilots : correct me if I’m wrong). As you will probably recall, I was pretty sick and generally unhappy with my current situation back in December / November / October. Due mainly to sickness and [...] Continue Reading…

Airboy On Canadian Identity : Dear Adam,

This is an answer to Adam (who hails from Canada… obviously !) who left this comment on one of the entries about the White Stripes :
“Do your research if you are going to write an article about this.
Iqualuit is absolutely not in Nova Scotia, nor is it anywhere near Nova Scotia. Nova Scotia is an eastern province of Canada.”
I am devastated and terribly sorry to have scratched your Canadian pride , please accept my full apologies. My geography knowledge [...] Continue Reading…

BREAKING NEWS : Armed police storm EK004 at Heathrow Airport after security threat on board

Armed police stormed a plane at Heathrow Airport last night after a security threat on board an Emirates flight to Dubai. Two men were handcuffed, arrested and dragged off the flight by officers wearing full body armour. One allegedly made a ‘verbal threat’ as the plane taxied towards the Terminal 3 runway. The comment was overheard by a fellow passenger and reported to the on-flight crew. Witnesses described the suspect as a white male. The flight, due to leave [...] Continue Reading…

New Years Eve 2010 / Burj Khalifa / Brisbane – Bogans / Bloggers Meetup…

So much to write about, so little time. I’ve been uber-busy these last few days. Rocking from one end of Dubai to the other, from one corner of the world to the other. It was New Years Eve and I didn’t have any plans at all up until late in the afternoon when Jonathan from Getin PR graciously offered to put us down on the guest list for Armin Van Buuren’s DJ set at the convention center, one of [...] Continue Reading…

More on that later. In the meantime, I’d like to thank you all for your continuous support through 2009, the ever increasing AIRBOY reader following and I’d like to wish you all the very best for 2010 [...] Continue Reading…

However I have some Brisbane shenanigans to look forward too (might even meetup with TrayTable and Girl On Tour/Raw at some point) so pretty happy about that. The highlight this month has got to be the Los Angeles layover and the Beijing trip. I’m also flying half of my trip with Ab-Initio batchmate Wassika, so that should be fun ! [...] Continue Reading…

From Dubai International

Hola Habibtis,

I’m now all set to leave for Paris, France. 5 Days in the bitter cold of Continental Europe. Currently sitting at “The Hub” in Dubai International Airport. It’s filled with connecting zombies high on Carlsberg and Cigarettes. Yes, it’s the only [hidden] place in the airport, aside from the smoke room, where you can light one up without being fined. And it’s a good alternative for those in dire need of nicotine before or in between a [...] Continue Reading…
