BTW when I was living in Glasgow, it has just beaten Edinburgh for the title of best shopping in all of Scotland...will be interesting to know your take on it if you make it shopping. If you are interested in going out for a few classy (in Glasgow??) bevvies, my suggestion is head to West End and then onto Aston Lane just off Byres Road. Some great little bars and restaurants in there just off a cobbled lane.... Oooh Glasgow and a hot new jacket! Cannot wait to hear how you like GLA!?!?
