Kind of scary situation isn´t it ?

Last year something smilar happened to me, while crusing the Atlantic Ocean heading to Buenos Aires (EZE) from FCO, EN 1 decided to take a rest and terrified all the passangers. That was the first time I had to use the Restrain Kit cause an old man got bloody nuts!

Are you gonna be able to tell us what the hell happened on that fligth ?

oh Gosh, i will get lost between these awards…

and yes, sorry M, my spelling was a bit of a french transcription as i studied arabic in Tunisia (where arabic words are transcribed differently as in English-speaking arabic countries…)

so Najm and Nujoum is given by different levels of management? but basically they have a same meaning?

anyway, they are nice points in your EK-record, Sodwee, for future progression, not?

Yes, it’s called a Najm, I also forgot about it. But yes, it’s similar but the Najm is an official reward as the “well done” card is more of a personal thank you from ones Manager.

How much time was left on the clock before you realised you forgot your passport? I’ve forgotten my ID twice, and both times went back by taxi and both times I made it. it helps if you have a psycho taxi driver and a couple of 100dh notes handy too…

Well done for contacting your boss.You’ll get brownie points for that!!!!! If I worked in the airline industry, (I work in the transport industry) my role would be to contact you first and find out what happened. This is my current role.

Believe or not we ‘don’t throw mud’ we find out the facts first then decide what to do.

You appear to have a good record so I wouldn’t worry too much just don’t make habitual.
